Serving Suggestions
The small pies are ideal for formal occasions. After cooking them, carefully remove crust and transfer contents to a plate. Then place the crust on top of the filling for an elegant presentation.

Serve with a green salad tossed with a rice wine or tarragon flavored vinegar dressing, warm or chilled green beans, yellow and green zucchini or asparagus (depending on the weather), warm French bread and garnish with a sprig of thyme.

For drinks, serve with fresh apple cider or Chardonnay.

Large pot pies can be cut into wedges (make sure you let the pie cool for at least 5 - 10 minutes)and place the piece on top of your favorite seasonal vegatables.
